Our picture-in-picture capabilities are an excellent addition to the virtual arena by showing the exhibit full screen and a video of the deponent in the corner of the screen. Annotations on the exhibit are preserved on the video record for use at trial or arbitration and saved as a permanent electronic file. Oftentimes lost, this technology will capture the deponent’s demeanor and reaction while viewing impeaching documents and videos. This technology is perfect for medical, technical and other complicated cases, and can be used for any presentation.
