Records are automatically uploaded, organized and stored on our secure database, which you have access to 24/7. However, if you would like to receive them in another format, we will be happy to provide digital files or hard copies.
3. Once you obtain the records, are you able to deliver them to opposing counsel or other necessary parties on our behalf?
Yes. If provided the delivery information, we can ensure that your records are delivered accordingly.
4. What is your process in regard to addressing HIPAA regulations?
We are compliant with all HIPAA regulations.
5. Am I appointed a contact to work with or do I have to log into your database to find updates on my request(s)?
Both. You will have a contact for anything you need, but you can also log into the database at any time.
